2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Share your chat codes publicly
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service

    • Usage Limitations:

  • To prevent abuse, we limit users to 20 messages per minute
  • Chat creation is limited to once per minute per client
  • Excessive join attempts will trigger automatic cooldowns
  • Violation of these limits may result in temporary service restrictions

    • 3. Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

    4. Limitation of Liability

    Luck Off is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

    5. Premium Services and Payments

    Certain features of the Service are available as part of our Premium Services and require payment. By purchasing Premium Services:

  • You agree to pay the fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if no messages have been sent in the chat
  • To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your Chat ID
  • Premium chat rooms are valid for one year from the date of creation
  • We use third-party payment processors and do not store your complete payment information
  • We reserve the right to change our prices upon reasonable notice
  • Premium features include password protection, message deletion, image sharing, and AI Assistant

    • 6. AI Assistant Feature

    The AI Assistant feature in premium chats uses third-party services. By using this feature:

  • You acknowledge that AI responses are generated by a third-party provider and we are not responsible for their accuracy
  • You agree not to use the AI feature for generating illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • You understand that your prompts are sent to a third-party service and subject to their privacy practices
  • The AI feature is limited to 1 request per minute and 20 requests per day per chat room
  • Exceeding these limits will result in temporary unavailability of the AI feature

    • 7. Service Availability

    While we strive to provide continuous service:

  • The Service may experience temporary unavailability during maintenance or high-volume periods
  • We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions
  • We do not guarantee the delivery of messages or the continuous availability of any feature

    • 8. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
