  • Email: For premium chat purchases

    We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our Service:

  • Free chat rooms and associated data are automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity
  • Premium chat rooms and associated data are retained for one year
  • Email is retained only as long as needed to process your transaction, handle any disputes, and process refunds (if applicable within the 14-day refund period)
  • Client ID is stored in your browser's local storage until you clear it

    We use AES-256 encryption to protect your messages and ensure your privacy. However, the security of your chat depends on how you share your numeric positions.

  • We use AES-256-GCM encryption for all sensitive data, including messages and chat codes
  • Encryption keys are managed server-side and never shared with clients
  • Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest in our database
  • For premium chats, we use strong hash protection to secure passwords in our database

    • 6. Anti-Abuse Measures

    To protect our service and users, we implement several anti-abuse measures:

  • Message rate limiting: We track and limit the number of messages sent within specific time periods
  • Chat join attempts: We monitor and restrict excessive join attempts to prevent abuse
  • Chat creation cooldowns: We implement cooldown periods after creating chats to prevent spam

    • These measures use temporary data about your usage patterns but do not permanently store your behavior.

    7. Third-Party Services

    We use several third-party services to provide our features:

  • Stripe: Processes payments for premium chats. When you make a payment, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
  • OpenRouter: Provides AI Assistant capabilities in premium chats. When you use the AI feature, your prompts are sent to OpenRouter for processing.

    • These third-party services have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your information.
